These Terms of Service (“Terms”) constitute the legal agreement between you (referred to as “you,” “your,” or “User”) and tinytags Ltd (“we,” “us,” “our”), governing your use of the tinytags website and services. 4. Price and Payment

- Prices may change, but we will not change the price after you place an order.
- If we under-price Goods by mistake, we will not be liable to supply them at the stated price unless we notify you before dispatch.
- Delivery charges are displayed on the tinytags Ltd Website, separate from the price of Goods. From time to time, we may offer free postage promotions on orders over a certain value. Details of these offers will be displayed on our website.
- If we owe you money for any reason, we will credit your original payment method within 14 days.
- We take measures to ensure the security of your payment information when using the tinytags Website.
5. Delivery
- We aim to dispatch orders within 3 business days. Delivery times may vary depending on your location.
- Deliveries will be made by the Carrier to the address provided in your order.
- If Goods arrive damaged, please notify us immediately by contacting [email protected] you may be asked to provided further information and a picture.
6. Returns and Refunds
- Right to Cancel: Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days from the delivery of the goods for any reason. You then have a further 14 days to return the goods. To exercise this right, please contact us at [email protected] within 14 days of delivery of your order, clearly stating your intention to cancel.
- Refunds (Change of Mind): If you cancel your order under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, we will refund the full amount you paid for the goods, including the original delivery cost (excluding any enhanced delivery charges). You are responsible for the cost of returning the goods.
- Refunds (Damaged/Defective/Not as Described): If your goods arrive damaged, defective, or not as described, please contact us immediately at [email protected] and include a photograph of the issue. We will assess the situation and arrange for a replacement or refund, including any return postage costs. We may not require you to return the damaged or defective item; we will advise you on a case-by-case basis.
- Exemptions: Due to data protection regulations, we cannot accept returns on items with QR codes, such as wristbands and stickers. However, you still have the right to cancel your order for these items within 14 days of delivery. In such cases, we require you to return the items. For lanyards and tags without QR codes, returns are accepted if they are in a resalable condition (unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging).
- Return Postage: You are responsible for the cost of returning items unless they are damaged, defective, or not as described. If your original order qualified for free shipping, and the return is due to our error (damage, defect, or not as described), we’ll also refund your return postage. Otherwise, return postage is your responsibility. Please ensure you obtain proof of postage for all returned items. We cannot be held responsible for items that are lost or damaged in transit without proof of postage.
- Refund Process: Once we receive the returned goods (where applicable) and proof of postage, we will process your refund within 14 days. The refund will be credited to your original payment method.
7. Product Information
- We make every effort to accurately display the colours and sizes of our products on our website. However, slight variations may occur.
- We take every effort to help you with sizing, so a printable measuring tape is available on the website. We warrant that our products are of satisfactory quality and fit for their intended purpose.
8. Care and Maintenance
- To ensure the longevity of your tinytags products, please follow these care instructions: Do not wash your tinytags product in a washing machine or tumble dryer. Avoid exposing the NFC chip to excessive pressure. Improper care or use of the tinytags products, such as washing or putting them under excessive pressure, may impact its functionality and reduce its effectiveness.
- Our warranty covers manufacturing defects; it does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidental damage, or normal wear and tear. For information on returns and refunds, please see section 6.

9. Complaints Procedure
