Terms and Conditions – tinytags

Welcome to tinytags! These terms and conditions (“Terms”) constitute the legal agreement between you (referred to as “you,” “your,” or “User”) and tinytags Ltd (“we,” “us,” “our”), governing your use of the tinytags website and services.         • The price of Goods may change, but it will not affect the price charged to you at the time of purchase.

        • If you buy Goods from us through arrangements not involving payment via the tinytags Website, these terms still apply.

        • We reserve the right to refuse delivery to countries we do not serve.

          • If we do not have all the ordered Goods in stock, we may offer alternatives, which you can accept or cancel the order.

        4. Price and Payment

            • Prices may change, but we will not change the price after you place an order.

            • If we under-price Goods by mistake, we will not be liable to supply them at the stated price unless we notify you before dispatch.

            • Delivery charges are displayed on the tinytags Website, separate from the price of Goods.

            • If we owe you money for any reason, we will credit your credit or debit card within 14 days.

            • We take measures to ensure the security of your credit card information when using the tinytags Website.

          5. Cancellation and Refunds

            6. Liability for Subsequent Defects

                • Please inspect received Goods immediately. Failure to report defects within 30 days of receipt implies acceptance.

                • The procedure for returning faulty Goods is outlined in our Refunds and Returns policy.

                • We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours and images of our products that appear at the store. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor’s display of any colour will be accurate.

              7. Delivery and Pick Up

                  • Goods are typically delivered within 7 days from the order date.

                  • Deliveries will be made by the Carrier to the address provided in your order.

                  • If Goods arrive damaged, please notify us immediately.

                8. Goods Returned

                    • Goods may only be returned if there was a defect at the time of purchase or we have agreed in correspondence to accept the return.

                    • Please see our Refunds and Returns policy. Please email [email protected] before returning any goods and we will provide a returns process. If we agree the goods are faulty we will: refund the cost of the return postage and repair or replace the Goods as we choose.

                      • We do not provide any representation or warranty for:

                      • Goods Quality: We do not guarantee the quality of our products.

                      • Implied Warranties: Any implied warranties or conditions regarding the merchantability or fitness of our products for a particular purpose.

                      • Goods Correspondence: The alignment of the Goods with any descriptions.

                      • Goods Appropriateness: The suitability or appropriateness of the Goods for your specific purpose.

                      • We shall not be liable to you for any loss or expense arising out of or in connection with your use of Our Website, which is indirect or consequential loss, or economic loss or other loss of turnover, profits, business or goodwill.                         • You agree that in any circumstances when we may become liable to you, the limit of our liability is the amount you have paid us in the immediately preceding 12 month period for the Goods concerned.

                                    Pricing and Payment

                                    We offer subscription plans, both annual and monthly, depending on your selection during the payment process at the time of purchasing the Services.

                                    For annual subscription plans, unless you have opted out of automatic renewal or informed us of your desire not to renew, your plan will automatically renew at the conclusion of the current subscription period, extending for the same duration as your initial subscription.                                     Your credit/debit card will be automatically charged around the time your subscription plan is set for renewal, unless you notify us of your intention not to renew.

                                    Ahead of your annual subscription plan’s renewal date, we will send you a Renewal Notice approximately 30 days prior. The Renewal Notice will be sent to the email address provided at purchase. This notice will include:

                                    The new pricing plan and associated fees and charges, The subscription period, Instructions on how to cancel your subscription and, if applicable, seek a refund.

                                    Monthly Subscriptions: All monthly subscriptions will renew automatically on a monthly basis until you choose to cancel your account, which you can do at any time by accessing your account via my.tinytags.co.uk or MEMBERS LOGIN.

                                    Exceptions to Automatic Renewal: If you are in a dispute with us or have previously initiated a chargeback/transaction reversal that we have successfully contested, your Services will not automatically renew when your existing service term concludes. Please note that unless required by law, we are unable to refund contested charges due to the costs associated with addressing such disputes.

                                    If you have received a discount via an introductory or special promotional offer when subscribing, the Services will automatically renew at the prevailing non-discounted rate displayed on our site when your subscription plan is due for renewal. Your right to cancel remains unaffected.

                                    Our subscription plans are available on an annual or monthly basis, both renewing on their respective anniversaries and extending for the same duration.


                                    By ordering the Services, you agree to settle all fees and charges at the time of your order or as outlined in any Renewal Notice.

                                    Should the credit/debit card on file with us expire or not permit automatic renewals, it is your responsibility to contact us to renew the Services or update your card details via your account’s billing preferences. Failure to renew your Services upon its anniversary date, under these circumstances, will result in access termination.

                                    Ensuring the accuracy of your credit/debit card billing information with us is your responsibility. We also accept specific pre-paid payment methods.

                                    Currency: If you are using the Services in the United Kingdom, all payments are processed in UK pounds sterling.

                                    Billing Issues and Support

                                    You should promptly inform us of any billing problems or discrepancies upon becoming aware of them. We will make every effort to assist you with your billing inquiries. Specifically, please reach out to us before initiating a chargeback with your bank, as we may be able to assist with your subscription plan.

                                    Cancellations and Refunds

                                    You retain the option to cancel the Services at any time, even in the event of changes to the Services or the contract terms. If you decide to cancel during your subscription plan, you may continue accessing the Services for the remaining duration of your subscription plan, provided you have fully paid for the Services and continue to comply with these terms and conditions.

                                    Please note that you may not be eligible for a refund upon cancellation, as outlined in the ‘Refunds and Returns Policy’ section.


                                    Refund Policy for Annual Subscription Plans

                                    We provide a 14-day cancellation period starting from the day of your purchase, allowing for cancellation for any reason for all annual subscription plans. If you choose to cancel your annual subscription plan within this 14-day period, we will issue a full refund.

                                    This 14-day cancellation period and refund policy do not apply if you are on a monthly subscription plan.

                                    For annual subscription plans that auto-renew, you can cancel and receive a full refund within the initial 14 days of the new subscription period commencing.

                                    If you opt to cancel after this 14-day period following the renewal of your annual subscription plan, you will receive a pro-rata refund.

                                    Refund Policy for Monthly Subscription Plans

                                    We offer a 14-day cancellation period starting from the day of your purchase, allowing for cancellation for any reason for all monthly subscription plans. If you choose to cancel your monthly subscription plan within this 14-day period, we will issue a refund for the subscription only.

                                    If you decide to cancel after this 14-day period following the renewal of your monthly subscription plan, you will receive a pro-rata refund.

                                    Cancelling Your Account and Requesting a Refund

                                    Requesting a refund is a straightforward process provided you meet our Returns and Refund policy criteria. You can:

                                      Effects of Cancellation or Termination

                                      If we have cancelled or terminated your subscription plan, you must immediately cease all use of the Services.

                                      If you opt to cancel or terminate your subscription plan and are not eligible for a refund, you will maintain access to the Services for the remainder of your subscription plan duration, subject to these terms and conditions.
